Our signature Xiangtu, 'native soil' shoucha presented as single serving seven gram (7g) tokens, convenient for new tea drinkers, taking on the road, or sharing with family and friends. Leaf material was gathered throughout spring, summer and autumn of 2015 from several Jingmai Mountain villages. Immaculate fermentation and subsequent storage have preserved terroir and leaf potency while resulting in an exceedingly smooth liquor. This year's Xiangtu also includes a percentage of Lincang material, pile-fermented in 2014 and stored loose until the time of this blend. For those of you already familiar with our Xiangtu the increased complexity and depth of flavor will be readily apparent.
