Several years ago, Jingmai Mountain's terraced tea was renamed from terraced (台地) to ecological (生态), part of a campaign to eliminate agrochemicals and promote a biodynamic ethos. Our ecological gardens are growing in pristine biodiverse conditions. There are also efforts to transition many of these gardens through restoring canopy trees, thinning tea shrubs density, and allowing those remaining to revert back to tree form.
Jingmai Mountain red tea is full-bodied and displaying a silky mouthfeel with roasted / charcoal characteristics and soft magnolia and orchid aromatics. A singularly exceptional experience.
Perfect, warming tea to enjoy during the cooler hours accompanied by the lingering scent of seasonal blooms.
