Yi Mu and I have been producing tea together in the JIngmai Mountains since 2017. And, while we’ve experienced old-growth Jingmai tea from as far back as the late-1990’s, such single-origin productions are uncommon. We’re pleased to have found this 250-gram jintuo, produced by a local friend, drinking so nicely! Jinghong storage conditions lend themselves well to tight compression. Beautiful leaf stripes and color promise a fragrant and concentrated liquor.
