We find it to be an acquired taste. Yet, with the discovery of this \u003cem\u003ejintuo\u003c\/em\u003e (a term indicating the tight compression*), now approaching 20 years, Lincang's unique flavor and aging potential makes more and more sense. Among friends who have previewed this tea, it has quickly become a favorite.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e* while this style of tea is usually referred to as \u003cem\u003ejin\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003etuo \u003c\/em\u003e(紧沱), we are calling this \u003cem\u003esongtuo \u003c\/em\u003e(松沱) due to the relaxed nature acquired over the course of storage. Easily yields to our \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/theasophie.com\/products\/rosewood-tea-knife?_pos=1\u0026amp;_psq=knife\u0026amp;_psid=55cf9e909\u0026amp;_ss=e\" title=\"Rosewood Tea Knife\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"\u003erosewood tea knife\u003c\/a\u003e and can even be carefully separated by hand.
